New to SRT? Start here. The Discovery Package is designed for first timers who want to try the Vformer in a welcoming, unhurried setting. You'll learn how the machine works, how to set up safely, and how to move with control through the fundamentals.

Expect a full-body workout that builds core strength, improves posture and mobility, and challenges you without pounding your joints. Every session is guided and paced for beginners, so you'll leave feeling worked, not wrecked, and confident enough to join regular classes.
