Progressive Overload is a 12 week strength programme that gradually increases the intensity of workouts to avoid a plateau in muscle mass and strength. Choose from any of our Progressive Overload Signature classes from 30 June to 30 September to join in. Track your progress with your very own Score Card week to week.
All levels welcome. Book with 1 signature credit per class. You may join at any time during the 12 week programme.
