RIDE STRONG X REBEL BOXING Saturdays 9am, 75 mins. 30 minute endurance cycle at Voodoo Cycle followed by 30 minutes of conditioning & boxing by Rebel’s Coach at Voodoo Body, ending with recovery stretches. All levels welcome. Please bring along your sports trainers.
