A whole body workout that promotes strength and conditioning with the use of body weight exercises, dumb bells and a bench. It is a self regulated workout with high energy music to keep the participants moving the whole time which will leave you invigorated and energized. This layout is subject to change and your position will be allocated by the instructor according to the workout during your booked session.
